About Our Artifacts (Products)
What are your products made of? Our apparel is crafted from materials sourced from your planet, as transporting textiles across dimensions is notoriously inefficient. We prioritize soft, comfortable fabrics like high-quality cotton and durable poly-cotton blends. Specific material details for each artifact can be found on its individual product page.
How do I find my correct Earth-size? Human sizing is a fascinatingly inconsistent system. To avoid confusion, every product page includes a "Sizing Guide" with precise measurements in your local units (inches). We highly recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own and love. When in doubt, our analysis suggests humans often prefer a slightly larger size for maximum comfort.
How do I care for my new gear? To ensure your Green Girl artifact withstands the test of time (and your primitive washing machines), we recommend the following protocol:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors.

Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

For the longest life of the design, hang-dry is optimal. If you must use a dryer, tumble dry on a low setting.

Do not iron directly on the print. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside-out.

Do not dry clean. Our designs are not compatible with your chemical cleaning processes.
Transmissions & Payments (Orders)
What payment methods do you accept? We have integrated with your primary global payment networks. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other secure payment gateways available at checkout. Our systems are encrypted to protect your financial data from rogue transmissions.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Our production process is automated and begins shortly after an order is placed. This means we have a very small window to make changes. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact our human liaison team within 2 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our best to intercept the production command.
Transport & Delivery (Shipping)
Where do you ship to? Currently, our distribution network is focused on the territory you call the United States. We are observing global logistics for future expansion.
How long until my package materializes? Patience, Earthling. Each product is created on-demand just for you. This is a two-phase process:

Fulfillment: It takes our human collaborators 2-5 business days to craft your product.

Shipping: After fulfillment, shipping within the US takes an additional 3-5 business days.
You can generally expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (like your "holiday" rituals), these times may be extended.
How can I track my order's trajectory? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a transmission (an email) containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey through your planet's postal system.
Anomalies & Returns (Problems)
What is your return policy? Due to the on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. This is why consulting the Sizing Guide is of utmost importance. However, if there is a defect with your artifact, we will correct the anomaly.
What if my item arrives damaged or the print is wrong? If you receive a flawed or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send a transmission to our support team via our Contact page, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our quality control unit will analyze the data and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
