Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at contact@greengirl.store with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A photo of the damaged product.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Size or Buyer's Remorse: Because every product is made to order especially for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection or if you change your mind. We highly recommend checking the size chart available on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before you buy!

Cancellations or Changes: Due to our on-demand production process, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to an order once it has been sent to production.
